These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of web design, hosting, SEO, and related services (“Services”) provided by 11 Star Fire Solution (“we,” “us,” “our”) to clients (“you,” “your,” “Client”). By engaging our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Our Services
11 Star Fire Solution provides web design and development, website hosting, SEO optimization (as an optional add-on), and related digital services to clients across Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond. The specific scope of work for each project will be agreed upon with the Client before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for services is required upfront before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project. Pricing for hosting, website design, and other packages is provided at the time of quotation and may vary based on project scope and requirements.
3. Revisions
We offer revisions at no additional charge as part of the design and development process. We aim to keep the number of revisions reasonable to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Excessive or continuous revision requests may extend the project timeline. In our experience, this is rarely an issue, as most clients work with us collaboratively and do not cause unnecessary delays.
4. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the Client fully owns the WordPress website, including its design and content, developed as part of the engagement.
Website hosting is provided separately and is not included in this ownership. Hosting infrastructure is owned and managed by 11 Star Fire Solution, and the Client’s use of hosting is provided on a subscription basis, similar to renting server space. If the Client discontinues hosting services with us, they remain free to migrate their website to another hosting provider, as the website itself belongs to them.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds for one-time project work (such as website design) are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
For hosting and other subscription-based services, if the Client cancels before the end of a billing period, a refund will be issued on a pro-rated basis according to the number of remaining days in that billing cycle.
6. Hosting & Third-Party Platforms
For clients using platforms other than WordPress (such as Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace), 11 Star Fire Solution may assist with design and setup, but hosting for these platforms is managed directly by the respective platform provider and is not covered under our hosting services or refund policy above.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project completion, the Client agrees to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a reasonably timely manner. Delays caused by the Client in providing required materials may affect the overall project timeline.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to deliver reliable, high-quality work, 11 Star Fire Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue, except where required by applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
