BY CLICKING OR ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING ANY PART OF OUR SERVICES, CONTENT, INTERFACES, TOOLS, FACILITY AND FUCNTIONALITY (“SERVICE”) AT WWW.11STARFIRE.COM (“WWW.11STARFIRE.COM”, “US”, “WE”, “OUR”) INCLUDING ALL OF ITS WEB PAGES (“WEBSITE”), YOU, AND ANY OTHER USER, (“CUSTOMER”, “YOU”) EXPRESSLY AGREES TO AND CONSENTS TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”, “AGREEMENT”).

Instalment payment agreement terms and conditions

1.0 General terms and conclusion of agreement

1.1. The 11 Star Fire Solution Instalment Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) is a fixed-term agreement doesn’t include monthly service fee of the selected plan (“11 Star Fire Solution Service”). With this Agreement the Customer purchases 11 Star Fire Solution Service on instalment and the 11 Star Fire Solution Service for a fixed-term in Ringgit Malaysia.

1.2. An agreement between 11 Star Fire Solution and the Customer shall be deemed concluded once 1st payment has been accepted from the Customer’s for the service.

1.3. The use of the 11 Star Fire Solution Services shall be subject to the “Privacy & Policy” and “Terms and Condition”, which both are incorporated by reference herein, and which can be found on 11 Star Fire website.

These are our terms and rules for using 11 Star Fire Solution services with our fixed-term deal. By agreeing to these terms we have a mutual agreement on how things work.

2.0 Term of the agreement

2.1. This Agreement is a fixed-term agreement and is in force for 12 months from the date of purchase of the 11 Star Fire Solution Service (“Agreement Period”). After the Agreement Period, the Agreement will automatically will be terminated

2.2. After the initial Agreement Period and provided the Customer has paid for the 11 Star Fire Solution Service in full, the monthly payments shall consist of only the 11 Star Fire Solution Service.

2.3. During the Agreement Period the Customer shall have the right to terminate the Agreement by giving 11 Star Fire Solution a two-week notice and the paid amount to 11 Star Fire Solution will be consider void and not be return to the customer, the remaining monthly payments for the 11 Star Fire Solution will be forfeited dan the customer website will be remove permanently.

2.4. 11 Star Fire Solution shall have the right to cancel this Agreement and have all the remaining payments fall due in case the Customer has failed to pay the monthly payment and the payment is delayed at least three months, or in case the Customer materially breaches any provision of this Agreement. In such cases 11 Star Fire Solution will cancel the Agreement in writing and remove the customer website permanently.

2.5. The customer may also pay the remaining full balance in advance before the 12 months by giving 11 Star Fire Solution a one-week notice.

Simplified:

This is a fixed-term agreement for 12 months. Typical cancellation terms apply; you are allowed to cancel the agreement anytime and the remainder balance of the contract to us will be forfeited and customer website will be removed permanently.

3.0 Ownership of the digital product

3.1. The ownership will pass to the Customer once the 11 Star Fire Solution has been paid in full. The liability for risk of the 11 Star Fire Solution will pass to the Customer.

3.2. The Customer shall be liable for all payments of the 11 Star Fire Solution even though he/she has given the 11 Star Fire Solution services to another person for use.

 3.3. The Customer shall solely be liable for information security and to protect the 11 Star Fire Solution service.

Once you have paid the digital product in full, it’s yours.

4.0 Price for 11 Star Fire Solution service, monthly payments and payment terms

4.1. The price stated in the order confirmation will include value added tax if applicable.

4.2. The Agreement Period and the Customer’s obligation to pay the monthly payments will begin once the Customer has purchased the 11 Star Fire Solution. Customer provides 11 Star Fire Solution with the necessary payment instrument details that enable 11 Star Fire Solution to charge the monthly payments.

5.0 Other terms

5.1. Without limiting the Customer’s rights as a consumer under the laws of the Customer’s country, these terms and conditions as well as all disputes or claims arising hereof shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach or invalidity thereof shall be determined by Finnish courts.

5.2. 11 Star Fire Solution privacy & policy apply to any matters that are not set forth in this Agreement.
